ZanaAfrica and the Sustainable Development Goals

Our work at ZanaAfrica furthers an actionable, global agenda set by the United Nations for the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, which was adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 and provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

Through implementing our proven intervention of reproductive health and life skills education, social and behavior change communications, and provision of sanitary pads we are contributing to the progress of SDGs 3: Good Health and Well-Being, 4: Quality Education, and 5: Gender Equality.

However, despite our best efforts, the time to sound the alarm is now. Past the mid-way point on our way to 2030, the SDGs need our support.  The lack of SDG progress is universal, but it is abundantly clear that the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people are bearing the brunt of our collective failure.

The time for deeper investments in Health, Education, and Gender Equality is now. ZanaAfrica has a solution. Join us.
